Terms of sitting

These terms apply when you request or attend a cohort reading, briefing, comparison, or writing sitting with Site Grove Core (“we”) from Level 7, 28 Test Street, Petaling Jaya 00000.

Acceptance

Sending a request through this site, or confirming a sitting by email, means you accept these terms. If you book on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

The work

We provide a human sitting over a table you supply. We do not sell software, subscriptions, or a store. Advice is given for your internal planning. It is not a guarantee of later returners, store ranking, or commercial results.

Your materials

You warrant that you may share the export and that it does not include personal data you are not allowed to disclose. Strip names, emails, and device identifiers before sending a file. We may refuse a sitting if the file cannot be read as a weekly cohort.

Intellectual property

Your table remains yours. Our recap, annotations, and spoken framing are licensed to you for internal use. You may not republish the recap as our endorsement of a product or a round of funding. Field notes on this site remain ours.

Liability

We are not liable for decisions you take after a sitting, including shipping changes, paid bursts, or statements to partners. Our aggregate liability for a sitting is limited to the fee paid for that sitting, except where Malaysian law forbids a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights that apply.
