Refunds, deposits, and missed sittings

These rules apply to cohort table readings, launch-week briefings, acquisition-week comparisons, and writing sittings. They do not cover goods, shipping, or software licences, because we do not sell those.

Eligibility

Fees are refundable only as set out below. Informational prices on the fees page are not a charge until we confirm a sitting by email.

Timeframe

Write to hello@sitegrovecore.click. We acknowledge refund requests within three working days.

Full refund

You receive a full refund of any deposit if we cancel the sitting and cannot offer another time within ten working days, or if we refuse the file before the sitting starts because it is not a weekly cohort we can read.

Partial refund

If you cancel more than five working days before the sitting, we keep RM 150 for administration and return the rest of the deposit. If you cancel with five working days or fewer, the deposit is kept; remaining balance is not taken.

Non-refundable

Time already sat. Recaps already sent. Travel costs we committed after you asked us to leave the Klang Valley. Your own printing.

Process and method

Refunds go back by the same method as the deposit (bank transfer in ringgit unless we agreed otherwise). Processing is five to ten working days after we confirm the amount.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may move a sitting once, with three working days’ notice, at no extra fee. A second move is treated as a cancellation of the deposit rule above.

No-shows

If you do not attend and do not write before the start time, the deposit is kept. A new request starts a new sitting.

Work already started

Once the two-day pre-read of your export has begun, the deposit covers that pre-read even if you later cancel. The remaining balance is not taken if we have not sat.

Deposits

Thirty percent holds the slot. The balance is due on the sitting day, before we begin the walk.

Exceptions

If a nationwide disruption (for example a severe weather closure in Petaling Jaya) prevents both an in-person and a video sitting on the day, we reschedule without treating it as your cancellation.
