How a session runs
A reading is a sitting, not a tour of screens. This page is the clock we keep at Level 7, 28 Test Street, Petaling Jaya 00000.
Two days before
You send a frozen export: CSV or a clear grid. You write one week-0 sentence. You attach holiday dates and any promotion that fattened an intake week. If the file arrives late, we shorten the walk rather than guessing rows.
First twenty minutes
We read the week-0 sentence aloud. If two clocks are hiding in the grid, we stop and pick one. We do not begin the diagonal until that sentence is on paper.
The walk
Intake weeks in order. Each W1 gets a calendar check. Fat week-0 rows get the promotion log. Unlike channels are not averaged. Empty later cells are marked “not yet due.”
Tea is available. Laptops stay closed unless we must confirm a single cell.
Last fifteen minutes
We say the claim the table can carry, and the claim it cannot. You may record that sentence. We do not draft a full memo in this hour unless you booked the writing sitting.
Next working day
A one-page recap goes to the email on your request. Follow-up sittings are separate bookings.
Video
Same agenda. Print the grid at your end if you can. Someone in East Malaysia often pins the paper to a stand so both sides look at the same cells.
When you are ready, choose a sitting or request a time.
