What we collect

From the request form: name, email, chosen sitting, optional preferred date, and the message you write about your table. Do not paste personal data of your users into the message. Strip identifiers from any file you later email.

Server logs may include IP address and browser type for security. Cookie details are on the cookies page.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data to reply, schedule a sitting, send a recap, and keep accounting records. Legal bases under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 include the contract you ask us to form and our legitimate need to run the practice.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept for twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for a dispute or tax record. Recaps tied to a paid sitting follow our accounting clock (generally seven years for invoices in Malaysia).

Rights

You may request access, correction, or, where the law allows, deletion of your personal data by writing to hello@sitegrovecore.click. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner of Malaysia.

International transfers

Video sittings and email may pass through processors outside Malaysia. We only do so as needed to hold the sitting or send the recap, and we keep the file you send no longer than the sitting requires.

Recipients

Associates who lead the sitting, our accountant for invoices, and the email host that carries hello@sitegrovecore.click. We do not sell enquiry lists.
